Product advantages  

PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane has excellent characteristics such as oxidation resistance, aging resistance, chemical resistance, and pollution resistance. PVDF membrane fibers undergo special hydrophilic treatment, greatly enhancing the hydrophilicity of the membrane. This not only increases the water permeability of the membrane fibers, but also extends the service life of the membrane, further enhancing its pollution resistance.

UF membrance products are widely used in industries such as tap water upgrading,steel mills,power plants,reclaimed water reuse,surface treatment,electronics,photovoltaics,cutting,grinding,waste leachate,and wastewater treatment.

  • PVDF material,resistant to chemical cleaning,with superior oxidation resistance;

  • High filtration accuracy,nominal pore size 0.03 um,uniform pore size distribution;

  • High strength and good toughness of membrane fibers (elongation rate of membrane fibers exceeds 100%);
  • Low pressure and high flux (can meet the design flow rate at a very low transmembrane pressure difference);
  • Good chemical stability (after 50 cycles of acid-base chemical cleaning, the performance of the membrane module remains unchanged);
  • Strong anti pollution ability (extended cleaning cycle by 30%, good membrane flux recovery effect);
  • External pressure use, strong pollutant carrying capacity, and wider inlet water quality.
